Nicole is a Psychologist with a Master of Professional Psychology from the University of Melbourne and registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and Australian Psychology Society (MAPS).

John is a registered Psychologist who has completed a Master of Professional Psychology at Monash University.

Kobie has been a Registered Psychologist since October 2002 and has had extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families in both not-for-profit community organisations and private settings.

Michelle is a dedicated registered psychologist enthusiastic about supporting individuals across all life stages.

Sonja is a registered psychologist with a Master of Professional Psychology at the University of Melbourne in 2022 and registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

Karla has a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychology and has worked in the helping industry for nearly 20 years.

Rachel is a Registered psychologist with AHPRA and comes to DS Psychology with a background in music education and performance.

Emma is a compassionate and dedicated psychologist with a genuine passion for helping individuals achieve personal growth and well-being.

Saba is registered as a psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

Emma is a kind and compassionate registered psychologist, dedicated to helping children and adults navigate various life issues, foster resilience, and create positive change.

Jac is currently on Maternity leave, looking at returning in October 2026.

Leadership & Clinical Support Team

With over two decades of experience across Melbourne's eastern suburbs, Donna has helped shape clinical services and training programs in hospital, community and private practice. She takes particular pride in mentoring the next generation of psychologists through PIPS. Though her clinical availability is now limited, she still consults with a small number of returning clients, bringing a flexible, client-centred approach.

With more than 20 years across hospital and private practice in Melbourne's eastern suburbs, Sharon is a passionate advocate for professional growth, leading much of the supervision and mentoring that prepares provisional psychologists for registration through PIPS. Alongside her leadership role, she continues to see a small number of clients, with a supportive, relational style focused on real, lasting change.

Rebecca Rhodes has joined DS Psychology Group as the Operations Manager.

Brooke is our warm and efficient Practice Manager at DS Psychology Group.

Natalie joins DS Psychology Group with 15 years retail and medical administrative experience.

Tim has been a Registered Psychologist since 1997 and brings to DS Psychology Group maturity and a wealth of experience across a diverse range of clinical settings.

Simone has a Doctorate in Clinical Neuropsychology and has 20 years’ experience working with children and adults.

Josh has been a Registered Psychologist since 2018 and brings to DS Psychology Group an expertise in sleep disorders.

Kylie is a registered generalist psychologist. She registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).

Makayla Heard is a Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years’ experience working across public and private settings in Eastern and Bayside Melbourne.

David has been in private practice since 1980 when he commenced a sole trader practice in Knoxfield.
Admin Team

Lia joins DS psychology group as a part time receptionist, after 4 years of customer service before and after school care experience.

Keri had a long career in the Insurance Industry working within various customer service roles and brings a warm, friendly can do attitude to the reception role.

Nicole has recently become a new mum and has just re-entered the workforce with DS Psychology Group.

Noah is a warm and welcoming member of our reception and administration team, helping create a supportive and calm experience for every client who walks through our doors.

Emma joined the team at DS psychology in December of 2025 whilst studying a business degree.

Jade commenced her front reception role in January 2025. Her caring, warm and friendly personality makes her a perfect fit for helping clients in a allied health setting.

Imogen started at DS Psychology Group in 2017 whilst completing her VCE. Imogen is our longest serving Admin team member.

Michelle joins DS Psychology Group as a part time receptionist. She has been involved in reception and administration work in various fields for over 30 years and brings a very warm and welcoming manner to the reception role.

Taylor is an Administration Assistant in our Front Reception Team who brings a warm, friendly and welcoming approach to her role.

Alex is an Administration Coordinator who brings a strong background in operations and customer service to the DS Psychology Group team.
