Zoe Ha
Zoe is passionate about providing a warm, collaborative, and client-centred space where individuals feel safe, understood, and supported. She values building genuine therapeutic relationships and aims to work alongside clients with empathy, curiosity, and respect, helping people move at their own pace toward meaningful change and reconnect with a sense of hope, meaning, and wellbeing.
Through her current work with individuals with complex mental health needs, Zoe has developed strengths in therapeutic rapport-building, emotional insight, crisis response, and collaborative care. This experience has strengthened her ability to remain calm and grounded in challenging situations while supporting clients through emotional dysregulation, distress, and day-to-day wellbeing needs.
She brings a thoughtful and reflective approach to her work and values ongoing learning, supervision, and professional growth.
Zoe has also worked in university-based mentoring roles supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students through culturally safe, strengths-based academic support. This experience deepened her appreciation for culturally safe, collaborative relationships and the importance of listening and understanding before offering solutions.
Alongside this, Zoe has volunteered in youth programs since 2017, supporting young people with neurodivergent and mental health presentations. Through this work, she developed an appreciation for the importance of balancing warmth, playfulness, and genuine connection to help young people feel safe, engaged, and supported.
