Donna Di Campli

Co-founder & Clinical Director · Senior Psychologist & AHPRA Supervisor

Donna Di Campli is the Clinical Director of DS Psychology Group and the PIPS (Psychologist Internship Pathway for Success) Program. With over two decades of experience in counselling and clinical psychology, Donna has worked extensively across Melbourne’s eastern suburbs, making significant contributions to both public and private mental health services.

As a co-founder and key developer of clinical services in hospital, community, and private practice settings, Donna has played an instrumental role in the design and delivery of training programs, clinical supervision, and professional development initiatives for psychologists and students over the past 15 years. Her passion lies in fostering professional growth, clinical excellence, and providing ongoing support, supervision, and training to her team. She is particularly proud of the PIPS Program’s strong reputation for guiding and mentoring provisional psychologists on their journey toward full registration.

In her role as Clinical Director, Donna is deeply committed to ensuring that all services provided through DS Psychology Group and the PIPS Program reflect the highest standards of care, align with core values, and respond to the evolving needs of clients and clinicians.

Although her availability for clinical work is limited, Donna continues to enjoy her clinical work and consult with a small number of returning clients. Her therapeutic approach is flexible and client-centred—ranging from offering a safe space for emotional support to promoting self-awareness, teaching emotional and cognitive skills, addressing maladaptive patterns, and exploring deeper emotional and relational issues.

Of Italian heritage, Donna married in 2006 and is a proud mother to two teenage daughters. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys traveling with her family, staying active (especially on the netball court), and connecting with friends.
