Sienna McCarthy-Gray
Sienna is passionate about providing a warm, collaborative, and neuro-affirming space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to work toward meaningful change. She values building strong therapeutic relationships with warmth, empathy, and humour, tailoring support to each client’s individual lived experience.
Sienna brings substantial experience supporting children, adolescents, young adults, and families through disability support work, youth mental health advocacy, and her longstanding childcare work since 2016. Her background has strengthened her understanding of emotional regulation, developmental needs, parent communication, behavioural support, and the creation of psychologically safe environments for young people and families.
Sienna works with children, adolescents, and adults, including neurodivergent individuals and families. She is particularly interested in supporting neurodivergent children and late-identified adults, as well as individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, adjustment difficulties, and life transitions. She values flexible, person-centred care and integrates evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing into her work.
Outside of work, Sienna enjoys trivia nights, reading, and unwinding with her cat and a procedural drama or sitcom.
