Psychology in schools
Our onsite school program places a DS Psychology Group clinician within your school community, currently across several local primary schools. Children are seen in a familiar environment, and staff and families have a psychologist they know on the ground.
Onsite support covers concerns including:
- School avoidance
- ADHD and autism
- Friendship and bullying problems
- Family conflict, separation and divorce
- Anxiety, low mood and self-esteem
Schools can also draw on our training and workshops for staff and students, and critical incident support when something difficult happens in the school community.

Employee assistance (EAP)
Confidential support for your employees, from stress and workplace conflict to anxiety, depression, grief and substance use. Arrangements are tailored to your organisation and delivered by clinicians from across our team.
Training and workshops
In-house programs for workplaces and employees, built around your needs: stress and anxiety management, coping with change, understanding depression, communication, conflict resolution and team building.
Critical incident debriefing
Structured debriefing for workplaces and schools following traumatic or unexpected incidents such as accidents, injury, death, robbery or assault, usually within 48 hours.
Injury management
Support for return to work after work-related psychological or physical injury, including WorkCover claims, paced so the return is both ethical and genuinely sustainable.
Mediation and conflict resolution
A structured process for workplace disputes where every party is heard, concerns are identified, and workable solutions are negotiated.
