Rebecca Rhodes

Rebecca Rhodes has joined DS Psychology Group as the Operations Manager. With more than 25 years’ experience working across Melbourne’s Eastern suburbs, Rebecca brings extensive expertise in the Child, Youth and Family sector, having held both frontline and senior leadership roles. Her background spans Family Services, Parenting Support, Drug and Alcohol programs, Youth Services, Out of Home Care and The Orange Door. Most recently, Rebecca managed a Neighbourhood House, where she discovered a renewed joy in supporting and strengthening local communities.

Rebecca is a natural problem solver and ideas-driven leader with a strong commitment to values‑based practice. She is passionate about building positive workplace culture, program development, reflective practice, risk and change management, and empowering others to reach their full potential.

In her role at DS Psychology Group, Rebecca oversees all front‑of‑house administration as well as the Intake team, systems and processes. She also provides HR and culture support across the organisation and works closely with the Management team to ensure the client voice remains central to everything we do.

Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her family, friends and her much‑loved menagerie of pets. She is an avid reader and has a love for live music, musical theatre, basketball and cinema. Please feel free to reach out to Rebecca with any questions or concerns.
