Michelle Nguyen
Michelle is a dedicated registered psychologist enthusiastic about supporting individuals across all life stages. Previously, she has experience within ARCVic, a helpline for anxiety, gaining valuable insight into diverse presentations of anxiety-related issues, crisis support and motivations behind seeking help. Michelle also has worked within educational settings with a primary focus on working with younger populations, she thrives on conducting assessments and using results to craft tailored therapeutic interventions.
Michelle utilises evidence-based therapies like Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Michelle’s passion lies in guiding her clients through collaborative journeys of self-discovery, fostering a deeper understanding of themselves. Her approach revolves around collaboration, working hand-in-hand with clients to achieve their therapeutic goals.
