Registered Psychologist

Emma is a kind and compassionate registered psychologist, dedicated to helping children and adults navigate various life issues, foster resilience, and create positive change. Emma takes a client-centred, evidence-based approach, aiming to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. Emma is passionate about empowering clients to take meaningful steps toward achieving their therapeutic goals and improving their overall wellbeing.

Emma has worked across a range of settings including her background in community housing and crisis support, disability care and conducting mindfulness groups and engaging a diverse range of clients within a private intake role. She has developed a unique understanding of the challenges that individuals may face, particularly in the areas of trauma, social inclusion and life transitions. She also has a keen interest in eating disorders, relationships and self-esteem/confidence issues.

Outside of psychology, Emma enjoys staying active, whether it’s playing or watching soccer, and values the importance of physical wellbeing in overall mental health.

Emma is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Agency (AHPRA) and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS)
