Registered Psychologist

Claire (she/her) is a Registered Psychologist with a strong passion for public mental health and culturally sensitive care, Claire combines her multicultural immigrant background and bilingual proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese to provide a warm and welcoming therapeutic environment. Claire adopts a client-centred, trauma-informed approach to therapy, aiming to foster a safe, empathetic space for clients to explore and address their internal world. Her clinical experience includes supporting clients with complex trauma, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, and interpersonal difficulties.

Claire also has a particular interest in working with grief, trauma and adjustment-related concerns, specifically settling into a new country, new role, or new setting and helping individuals through the diverse range of opportunities and challenges that characterise change. With a professional background in public health consulting and policy development, including her tenure with KPMG and the Royal Commission into Victoria’s Mental Health Services, Claire brings a unique perspective to her practice that has maturity and depth tailoring treatment specifically to her client’s goals.
