About DS Psychology Group

Fostering Hope and Passion for Life, since 2013

DS Psychology Group is a values-led psychology clinic in Ringwood, in Melbourne's eastern suburbs. What began in 2013 as a two-person practice founded by Donna Di Campli and Sharon Anderson has grown into a team of more than forty psychologists, neuropsychologists and provisional psychologists, caring for people across every stage of life.

Our Story

Grown carefully, from two clinicians

Donna and Sharon founded DS Psychology Group with a simple but enduring belief - that psychological care begins with genuine connection.

What began as two psychologists sharing that vision has grown steadily, carefully and intentionally into a team of clinicians who share the same values, commitment to excellence and passion for helping others. Our growth and the diversity in our practice has always been about creating the kind of service we would want for our own families, where quality, compassion and meaningful relationships remain at the heart of everything we do.

Today we support children, adolescents, adults, couples and families through therapy and psychological assessment, while also providing professional supervision and delivering our Psychology Internship Pathway for Success (PIPS), helping develop the next generation of psychologists.

Our mission

To foster hope and passion for life.

It's more than our mission—it's the purpose that guides everything we do. We believe the best outcomes begin with genuine connection, not only between psychologist and client, but within a supportive team of clinicians who learn from and encourage one another. By fostering growth, compassion and collaboration, we create an environment where both our clients and our team can thrive.

Leadership

Meet the Directors

DS Psychology Group is led by its two founders, both registered psychologists who still practise alongside the team.

Donna Di Campli

Co-founder & Clinical Director · Senior Psychologist & AHPRA Supervisor

With over two decades of experience across Melbourne's eastern suburbs, Donna has helped shape clinical services and training programs in hospital, community and private practice. She takes particular pride in mentoring the next generation of psychologists through PIPS. Though her clinical availability is now limited, she still consults with a small number of returning clients, bringing a flexible, client-centred approach.

Sharon Anderson

Co-founder & Clinical Director · Senior Psychologist & AHPRA Supervisor

With more than 20 years across hospital and private practice in Melbourne's eastern suburbs, Sharon is a passionate advocate for professional growth, leading much of the supervision and mentoring that prepares provisional psychologists for registration through PIPS. Alongside her leadership role, she continues to see a small number of clients, with a supportive, relational style focused on real, lasting change.

Inclusive Care

A place for everyone

We're proud to be an inclusive practice where everyone is welcome. Whoever you are, whatever your background or circumstances, you'll be met with warmth, respect and understanding. We work hard to create a calm, supportive and accessible environment, particularly for neurodiverse clients and those who may have found other settings overwhelming or difficult.

Qualified, registered and connected

All our psychologists are registered with the Psychology Board of Australia, and our Directors are members of the Australian Psychological Society. We work within Medicare and collaborate with GPs, psychiatrists, schools and a broad network of health and community services to provide coordinated, holistic care.
